Ed Mylett, entrepreneur, best-selling author, performance coach and podcast host, will take the stage on Friday, May 19 at 11 a.m. to give the keynote at the first general session.

Ed’s Dad Was a Key Figure In How His Career Was Shaped
Mylett’s arrival as one of the world’s most sought-after speakers is due to his deep caring and ability to “read people,” he told Foundr magazine. This gift started when he had to navigate his own upbringing in a dysfunctional home with an alcoholic father, who later became sober and a huge inspiration in Mylett’s life. It was Ed’s dad who suggested Ed work at a school for orphaned teens and where Ed first felt his ability to motivate and inspire others was shaped.
Through college at the University of the Pacific, Mylett was a highly competitive baseball player, batting over .300 and known as an aggressive base stealer. An injury cut short his pro baseball hopes, but he took his motivation to the financial sector where he worked at the World Financial Group, eventually landing a spot on the Forbes 50 Wealthiest Under 50 list.
Ed was named to SUCCESS magazine’s SUCCESS 125 Most Influential Leaders in 2022. He also authored “MaxOut Your Life” and is the host of The Ed Mylett Show podcast where he has interviewed guests such as Tony Robbins, Jay Shetty, Jon Gordon and Dr. Deepak Chopra.
