Camryn Cisneros may have entered real estate just two years ago, but she’s already making waves far beyond the Oklahoma City market she calls home. A former Army truck driver turned community-focused real estate agent, Camryn is building her business around purpose, not just production. With a growing team, Cam & Co Real Estate Group, and a passion for serving military families – she’s MRP-certified (Military Relocation Professional) – first-time buyers, and underrepresented communities, she sees real estate as a powerful vehicle for impact.

Since joining eXp Realty in 2022 at just 22 years old, Camryn has stepped confidently into national leadership, serving as Chair of eXp’s Pride Network, where she helped grow membership from under 1,000 to over 20,000 in a single year. She’s also a featured speaker at eXpcon 2024, Vice President of OKCMAR’s Young Professionals Network and NAHREP OKC, and an advocate for inclusive, community-led growth.
This year, Inman, the industry’s most respected publication, named her one of its Future Leaders of Real Estate – a recognition that highlights her growing influence and fearless vision for the future.
In this Q&A, Camryn shares how she’s building a business rooted in service, why access and collaboration set eXp apart, and the fearless mindset that keeps her showing up, leading with heart, and dreaming big.
When and why did you join eXp?
“I joined eXp in March 2022 after serving in the military and realizing that I wanted to impact people, and I wanted purpose. eXp wasn’t just a brokerage: it was a platform that gave me the tools and freedom to make a real difference. I’ve grown into National Leadership, helping shape inclusive spaces and supporting agents who’ve never felt seen before. Here, I get to lead with authenticity and create opportunities for others to do the same.”
What were you not getting from your prior brokerage?
“eXp is my first and only brokerage, and I chose it with intention. I knew I wanted a place where I could lead, grow, and show up fully as myself. I don’t think I would’ve found the same opportunity or support anywhere else.”
What makes eXp special to you?
“eXp truly changed my whole life. eXp is where leadership and individuality are celebrated. I’m able to use my voice, take initiative, and build real community. All while helping others succeed too. eXp gave me all the tools and relationships to build my dreams as large as I can imagine. That’s rare, this brokerage values more than just numbers; it values impact.”
What is one thing about eXp that surprised you?
“The access!! You can message a VP, CEO, CMO, collaborate with top-producing agents, or pitch a new idea and people actually listen. At eXp, your voice matters, no matter your title or production.”
What kind of collaboration have you experienced at eXp?
“I’ve built cross-functional teams across the company through the Pride Network, collaborating with ONE eXp, executive leaders, marketing, operations, and top-producing agents to create powerful events, campaigns, and leadership pipelines.”
Best tip to share with other agents:
“Lead with service, be consistent, always do the right thing, and never underestimate the power of showing up for your community. Your success is directly proportional to your ability to problem solve, impact and cultivate relationships and consistently propel them forward. Dream BIG and CONNECT with people that inspire you!!!”
