After more than a decade of success with Keller Williams, Dillar Schwartz knew something needed to change. Her team, The Dillar Group, had built a strong reputation in Austin’s competitive real estate market, closing $42.5 million in sales across 155 units in 2024. But despite the wins, Dillar felt like she had hit a wall.

“I had to stop talking about change and make the change,” she says.

So, in February 2025, Dillar took the leap to eXp Realty, bringing her five agents and a virtual assistant along for the ride. Dillar has been a sought-after coach within Keller Williams and the real estate industry, serving as the Director of Operations and sales coach for three of the largest producing teams in Texas. She has mentored countless agents, led training programs, hosted a weekly interview series featuring top industry professionals, and coached high-producing teams through structured programs focused on growth and performance. 

“Throughout my career, I’ve always focused on helping agents grow and develop their confidence, through coaching, mentorship, or building sales teams.”

Bringing Visibility to Top Agents

Dillar is bringing a talented team to eXp, including Ola Thompson, a standout agent and investor in the Austin market. Ola is a two-time recipient of the Top 20 Black Realtors in Austin award from Austin Black Real Estate Professionals (ABREP). In 2024, she closed an impressive $11 million across 44 transactions. Dillar is committed to providing more visibility for top-producing agents like Thompson, ensuring they get the support and platform to thrive at eXp Realty.
