Agent-led conference includes an impressive roster of keynote speakers, certifications, and a self-defense course
A party to kick it off and an ending bash – what could be better? The agenda for EXPCON 2023 is coming together and includes some new events and old favorites, including self-defense classes, agent breakouts, a 5K fund run, XCamp, two general sessions and fabulous keynotes.
Each day is optimized with daily events for eXp Realty’s agents to connect, build, attract and grow their businesses.
Here’s a breakdown of EXPCON 2023 agenda:

Sunday, Oct. 1:
4 – 6 p.m. – Early registration – Heads up, early birds! Registration will be open on Sunday, Oct. 1 from 4-6 p.m. PST. This is your chance to bypass the long lines. Head to the registration area to sign in and get your badge!
Monday, Oct. 2:
7:30 – 9 a.m. – Self-defense Class #1 – Join a self-defense training class designed by Gracie University, specifically for real estate professionals. With three sessions to choose from, this is your opportunity to level up your personal safety while out in the field. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Registration and Brand Store – EXPCON 2023 officially begins! Head to the registration area to sign in and get your badge.
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Lounges Open: VIP, ICON/Mentor and eXplorer – With three lounges exclusively available for VIP, ICON and eXplorers, enjoy a space all your own to meet with the program staff, enjoy beverages and snacks and network with other highly engaged agents.
9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. – Self-defense Class #2 – This is the second of three self-defense classes taught by Gracie University. It is specifically designed for real estate professionals and is an opportunity to level up your personal safety while out in the field. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
11 a.m. – 5 p.m. – EXPO Hall – Stop by the EXPO Hall for booths, activations, and more. Pick up your swag bag here at any time during the event!
11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Self-defense Class #3 – This is the third of three self-defense classes taught by Gracie University. It is specifically designed for real estate professionals and is an opportunity to level up your personal safety while out in the field. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
1 – 4:30 p.m. – XCamp – Dubbed the “unconference conference,” XCamp is loud, chaotic and a lot of fun! eXp agents collaborate in the first 30 minutes to decide on session topics and speakers. All attendees are strongly encouraged to pitch and request topics. If you consider yourself a pro in marketing, referrals, lead gen, kvCORE, or other disciplines, you’re urged to volunteer to deliver a session. Free to participate, but make sure to sign up, space is limited!
2 – 4:30 p.m. – Information Sessions – Introducing the Explained Series! This is your chance to learn more about eXp Luxury, eXp Commercial, eXp Global, Compliance and University in these engaging Explained sessions, featuring eXp Realty leadership and staff.
6:30 – 9:30 p.m. – Kick-Off Reception – Enjoy this kickoff reception in the heart of the EXPO hall, where live entertainment, snacks and beverages will be provided. This event is free and included with all registration passes.
Tuesday, Oct. 3:
7 – 8:30 a.m. – Military Breakfast – Celebrating Those Who Serve. Inviting all Veterans, Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, Military Spouses and Military Supports to celebrate our military members. We will be recognizing our military and military spouse eXp agents, the eXp Military Network and our State Squads.
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Registration and Brand Store – Head to the registration area to sign in and get your badge, and stop by the Brand Store to shop for your favorite eXp Realty swag.
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Lounges Open: VIP, ICON/Mentor and eXplorer – With three lounges exclusively available for VIP, ICON and eXplorers, enjoy a space all your own to meet with the program staff, enjoy snacks and network with other highly engaged agents.
9 a.m. – Noon – General Session Day 1 – Don’t miss our first day of General Session! Join us for an impactful gathering featuring key speakers, engaging discussions, and exciting announcements.

Noon – 2 p.m. – VIP Lunch With Leadership – Proximity is power! With a VIP pass, you unlock important perks, like lunch with our leadership team.
2 – 4:30 p.m. – Breakouts, Certifications, Commercial Programs – Dive into a world of knowledge with our breakout sessions, certification programs, and more. Expand your horizons, gain expertise, and unlock new opportunities.
4:45 – 5:30 p.m. – Superfantabulous Speed Referral – Take part in the Superfantabulous eXp Referral Speed Meet and Greet, a speed “dating” networking and referral-building session. You’ll have 3 minutes per “date” to meet your fellow eXp Realty agents in person and share tips and referrals in a rapid-fire session. It’s fun, energizing and best of all, collaborative! This event is free and included with all attendee passes.
6 – 7 p.m. – ONE eXp Meet & Greet – eXp is known for its commitment to inclusiveness and equality. Come feel the love at the ONE eXp meet & greet in the EXPO Hall.
Wednesday, Oct. 4:

8 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Registration, EXPO Hall and Brand Store – Stop by the EXPO Hall for booths, activations, and more, or shop in our Brand Store! During EXPO hours, you can also pick up your swag bag in the Mandalay Bay registration area on the second floor.
8 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Lounges Open: VIP, ICON/Mentor and eXplorer – With three lounges exclusively available for VIP, ICON and eXplorers, enjoy a space all your own to meet with the program staff, enjoy snacks and network with other highly engaged agents.
8:30 – 11 a.m. – ICON Exclusive Event – Calling all ICONs! Join us for a morning dedicated exclusively to you to celebrate your achievements.
9 a.m. – Noon – Breakouts, Workshops, and Certifications – Dive into a world of knowledge with our certification programs, workshops and more. Expand your horizons, gain expertise and unlock new opportunities.
11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. – Top 50 Mastermind & Lunch (Invite Only) – eXp exclusive! This Top Producers Mastermind, hosted by Glenn Sanford and eXp Realty leadership, is a highly coveted event specifically curated for top-performing agents who have demonstrated exceptional production in today’s competitive market.
2 – 5 p.m. – Luxury Certification & Leveraging DISC Assessment – A fast-track luxury certification class will be offered for agents who do not meet production standards but want to join eXp Luxury. And don’t miss Leveraging DISC Assessment with SUCCESS, which will explore the power of the DISC assessment and its direct impact on your real estate business success.
7 – 10 p.m. – Ending Bash – To cap off four days of EXPCON action, there is a special surprise event to close out the conference. More details to come, but you don’t want to miss this!

- eXtend a Hand 5K Fund Run & Walk: Support eXtend a Hand by participating in some early morning exercise along the Vegas Strip! All proceeds go to eXp’s nonprofit program designed to assist eXp agents and staff in times of need. The cost to participate in the 5K Fund Run & Walk is $50 (USD). (Thursday, Oct. 5 at 6:45 a.m.)
- Military Event & Breakfast: This event is open to all eXp Realty Veterans, Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, Military Spouses and Military Supports. Military and military spouse eXp agents, the eXp Military Network and our State Squads will be recognized. Free to participate, but make sure to sign up, because space is limited! (Thursday, Oct. 5 at 7:30 a.m.)
- ICON + Mastermind (Exclusive Event): Hosted by eXp to honor and recognize our amazing ICON Agents. For agents who hold this exclusive status, this event will offer you a chance to connect and network with other ICONs and spend time with executive leadership. Participation is free but you need to sign up. Also, you must have active ICON status at time of event in order to attend. (Thursday, Oct. 5 from 8:30 – 11 a.m.)
- Revenos Fast-track Certifications: Revenos is eXp’s buyer and seller referral engine. Get certified in premium referral opportunities including eXp Affinity, eXp Relocation and eXp REO. Participation is free but make sure to sign up, space is limited! (Dates TBA).
- eXp Luxury Fast-track Certification: Certification is required for agents who do not meet production standards but want to join eXp Luxury. During EXPCON 2023, we are thrilled to offer the eXp Luxury Fast-track Certification at no cost to agents wishing to join the program. Capacity is limited! Registration is required but does not guarantee a seat, as this session is first-come first-serve. ***Please note that only agents who are active members of eXp Luxury can associate as eXp Luxury Certified or utilize its branding. It’s Back! The eXplorer Pass Is Available for Non-eXp Agents!
Here’s a great way for prospective agents to see what eXp Realty is all about – the eXplorer Pass.
Here’s how it works: Any eXp Realty agent who buys a General Attendee or Premier (VIP) Pass has the option to invite one non-eXp licensed agent to be their guest. The eXplorer Pass can be added at ANY time before the event and does not need to be selected during your initial registration. The eXplorer Pass includes a free General Attendee ticket to EXPCON valued at $899 USD.
