The final day of eXpcon Miami started the only way it could — with a crowd ready for more. Excitement filled the Miami Beach Convention Center as Justin Nelson and Kim Agemy took the stage to open the morning General Session, blending humor, focus and connection.

Gina Kirschenheiter showed how authenticity and consistency turn visibility into opportunity.

Gina Kirschenheiter, entrepreneur and television personality, shared her evolution from reality TV to real estate, proving that visibility and vulnerability can coexist. She spoke about staying authentic, showing up consistently and turning connection into conversion. Her reminder was simple: your story is your superpower, and your voice is your advantage.

Mindset as the Multiplier

The “Winning Mindset” panel explored practical ways to build confidence and resilience.

Moderated by VP of Agent Success Susan McClain, with insights from Debbie Biery and Levi McDonald, the panel focused on habits that sustain performance. They discussed confidence, focus and consistency as the cornerstones of leadership. The takeaway: mindset is the foundation of momentum.

What’s New at eXp University

Bryon Ellington shared updates on new programs and learning initiatives at eXp University.

Chief Learning Officer Bryon Ellington outlined what’s new and next for eXp University, spotlighting expanded learning opportunities designed to help agents grow at every level. Highlights included programs like FastATTRACT, advanced courses such as Lead Mastery and Team Leader Academy, and specialized masterminds featuring top industry leaders including CEO Leo Pareja, Jared James and Jon Cheplak.

He also announced the upcoming NeXt Agent: AI Accelerator, launching October 28 — a new series focused on helping agents use AI tools to work smarter, elevate their marketing and scale their business.

Moderator Jessica Nieto led a powerful conversation with Camryn Cisneros, Manager of ONE eXp; Rebecca Soto of eXp Latino; Gracie Barnhill of eXp Young Professionals; and Rachel Allen of the Black eXp Network.
