CEO Leo Pareja Takes It Personally
“This is personal for me,” said Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty and the first Hispanic CEO of a major real estate brokerage. “We are incredibly proud to see so many of our agents and teams recognized by NAHREP. It reflects the strength of our platform and our commitment to ensuring Latino professionals can thrive without barriers.”
eXp’s presence on the list surpasses that of traditional brokerages like Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Century 21 — reinforcing eXp’s reputation as a forward-thinking, inclusive brokerage that attracts top talent.
eXp Bested Several Big Box Brokerages
eXp Realty’s success on the NAHREP list is more than a numbers game — it’s a reflection of a thriving Latino community within the company, full of visionaries who are building businesses, serving communities, and setting new industry standards.
