With eXp Commercial Groups, teams and brokerages can now choose between two group structures: Domestic Groups and Advisor Groups. Domestic Groups are perfect for legally married couples, offering shared commissions, caps, and fees. Advisor Groups are ideal for teams of two or more, allowing them to keep their full company dollar cap and split commissions within the group.
