The Commercial Agent Advisory Council (AAC), formed in 2023, ensures that eXp Commercial advisors have a direct line to leadership. This council empowers advisors to share feedback and insights that actively shape eXp’s strategic priorities, keeping the company aligned with an advisor-first focus.
How the AAC Works
The AAC is a group of 10 advisors chosen to represent a balanced view of eXp’s advisor community. Selection criteria include experience, production, diversity, and geography. Members serve staggered terms to maintain a steady mix of fresh perspectives and seasoned insights.

AAC: Bridging Advisors and Leadership
The AAC serves as a channel for advisors to voice their needs and feedback, which the council shares with eXp’s executive team during monthly meetings. In turn, the executive team seeks AAC input on new initiatives. The AAC also beta-tests and vets new tools before launch, ensuring they meet the practical needs of advisors. This two-way communication is vital to maintaining eXp’s advisor-led model.
How to Submit Suggestions to the AAC
eXp Commercial advisors can submit their feedback to the AAC using this form, directly influencing the future of eXp Commercial.
