“I have 20-plus people on our team who put their trust in me every day to lead them. Their well-being was always heavy on my heart and top of my mind. As I examined each option, I always went back to the question: ‘What is the best option for the team as a whole and for each individual?’ When you break it down so simply like that, there really is no other choice besides eXp,’’ Virginia said.
